Designed to help participants build emotional strength through the Savior and His Atonement. This course combines spiritual principles with practical emotional health skills.
Participants learn to manage stress, overcome challenges, build healthy relationships, and find peace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Focus: Faith in Christ
Spiritual Principle: Exercise Faith in Jesus Christ
Understand what emotional resilience is. Accept challenges as part of God's plan. Use agency to act, not be acted upon. Begin daily gratitude practice.
Focus: Recognize thinking errors
Spiritual Principle: Our Divine Identity and Purpose
Learn that thoughts influence emotions. Identify thinking errors (all-or-nothing, jumping to conclusions, etc.). Replace inaccurate thoughts with truth.
